1. Services

ReVo X provides specialized services including web development, digital systems design, and related technical consulting. The specific scope, pricing, and delivery timelines for each project are defined separately within a formal engagement agreement or proposal.

2. Payments

• Payments must be settled according to the agreed schedule, typically aligned with project milestones.
• We reserve the right to pause or suspend work if payments are significantly delayed beyond the agreed terms.

3. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as part of the initial engagement based on the agreed project scope. Significant changes or requests outside the original scope may be billed as additional work at our standard hourly rate.

4. Delivery

We make every effort to deliver high-quality work within the estimated timelines. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by client-side dependencies, such as late feedback, missing content, or delayed access to required accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

• All final deliverables become the intellectual property of the client upon receipt of full and final payment.
• Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReVo X Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately in cases of misuse, non-payment, or any violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
